Polymath is an international group of talented, interesting, passionate people. Our team members focus not only on building the Polymath organization, but also on building our ventures, with many team members rotating every 9-15 months to high-impact operating and leadership roles in ventures.

Each venture is led by 2-3 senior (8+ years of experience) founding members. Founders join at the inception of the venture and form the foundation for the team, culture and performance of the company. Founders take ownership of the venture and make it their own.

Exceptional talent is core to every venture’s success. Being a venture team member means joining a passionate team of an early-stage company and taking substantial responsibility for its performance. We look for bright operators at every level, with a strong passion for entrepreneurship.

In order to drastically increase the likelihood of entrepreneurial success, you need to build intelligently. Polymath has built its own methodology for company design and acceleration, using principles pulled from the worlds of human-centered design, lean and agile ops, and management consulting. We offer you full access to entrepreneurial methodologies at the highest level.

What we do is downright difficult. Building anything of quality from scratch is hard, but building high-impact startup ventures in an emerging market brings the challenge to an entirely new level. You’ll find yourself in the midst of this challenge, where learning curves are steep, uncertainty is the norm, and boredom and complacency don’t exist.
