ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Head of Acquisition who will be the responsible for the growth strategy of our ambassadors
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Lead and design acquisition strategies through digital and non-digital channels
Lead and build the Acquisition team.
Analyze acquisition and activation results and provide input to the company's growth strategy.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years experience in digital acquisition (ads) and non-digital media acquisition (PR, influencers, events, BTL, ATL)
Experience leading procurement teams
Experience in the growth of companies such as: Startups, ecommerce and mass consumption.
Problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, define and measure KPIs.
