SEO Manager



Autolab is a high-growth Colombian startup in the mobility sector. Our tech platform offers car owners a best-in-class vehicle repair service and auto repair shops a way to grow and improve their operations. Our tech stack allows us to control the quality and efficiency of the operation, thus achieving a unique service for the end customer.

We are in growth mode, expanding our network of repair shops quickly and acquiring new customers.



We are looking for a qualified leader to drive traffic to Autolab and improve conversion rates through the organic channel. You will lead on-page optimizations, new content generation, technical SEO maintenance, and efforts to continue growing our Domain and Page Authority in Colombia, and launch the positioning of Mexico and Peru.



  • Be accountable for implementing, driving and optimizing SEO strategy
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Identify and manage crawl errors, sitemaps, site speed issues, and any other technical issues that can affect ranking
  • Monitor key SEO KPIs and prepare and present reports regularly.Report regularly on SEO KPIs, including Ranking, Traffic, CTR, Conversion, and CPA
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Conduct backlink analysis of our site and our competitors to find new link opportunities and monitor link quality
  • Complement social and content teams by providing target terms, anchor text, and landing pages for off-domain content to drive Page Authority to key pages
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to the team on strategy



  • Minimum work experience of 3-4 years
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Trends,,)
  • Good familiarity with some of the SEO research tools such as SEMrush, SEranking, Ahrefs, and Alexa
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Experience managing and building high performance teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills essential to drive cross-functional success
  • Previous experience in a position that requires rigorous analysis, data-driven problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communication of findings to co-founders / leadership teams
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
