About Autolab

Autolab is a high growth startup in the automotive sector. Through a technological platform, we offer our end customers a reliable, affordable, and great service vehicle repair service. All repairs are carried out by a network of independent workshops that partner with Autolab (allied workshops). Autolab attracts customers to the workshops and offers to them as added value software to manage the customer-workshop relationship. This tech stack allows Autolab to control the quality and efficiency of the operation, thus achieving a unique service for the end customer.

We are in growth mode, expanding our network of partner workshops rapidly and acquiring new clients for partner workshops.

What You’ll Do

The goal of the position is to design and implement a great program for the shops network. The program is meant to serve in two ways. On the one hand, it allows shops to grow, expand and professionalize. On the other hand, the program should also ensure that shops follow the behaviors to provide car owners with a great experience. The main activities of the role are:

  • Research shop needs to be able to represent the shops in Autolab.
  • Design and improve the allied shop program, thereby ensuring that shops behaviors align with those of the car owner.
  • Implement program perks (e.g. loans, equipment, trainings, community building) that help us to fulfill our mission of helping mechanics and shops to grow and professionalize.
  • Ensure that Autolab areas that service the shops (onboarding, operations, and accounting) provide a great experience for them.
  • Ensuring that shops understand the role that Autolab plays in driving their success.

This role demands to develop & maintain networking, standardization, agile practices, good and deep relationship skills with workshops and Autolab internal areas (local, regional & global).

Basic Qualifications

  • +5 years of working experience in at last three working on projects designing complex solutions (e.g. consulting, High growth Environment)
  • Led projects utilizing agile approaches
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Effective stakeholder management & relationships with strong influencing skills
  • Ability to work with different cultures effectively
  • Be able to manage and influence teams
  • Communications - must have strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate others
  • Self-motivated, confident, and well-organized approach
  • Ability to work independently.

 

The nice to haves 

  • Intermediate or advanced English level.
  • Experience working as a ScrumMaster across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Having worked with digital platforms is a plus

Location: Bogotá

Salary Range: 4.000.000 – 5.500.000 COP
