ABOUT GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER WITHIN AFLORE
Aflore’s mission is to bring financial inclusion through a portfolio of financial products that are tailor-made for our customers and network of Financial Advisors. The Growth Marketing Manager will define the best acquisition channels in order to bring more Informal Advisors into our network in a scalable and sustainable way.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Define, implement and optimize the digital channels responsible for acquiring high quality leads interested in becoming Informal Advisors.
Work with your cross functional team, you will look for signals and find creative ways to experiment initiatives that will step-change the growth of our business, constantly looking for new opportunities in our market
Identify the data needed to understand your channels behaviour, where that data comes from and define the right set of metrics to guide you
Brief the content team regarding copy and content required for your campaigns
Ensure proper budget and resources allocation as per the strategic priorities
Oversee the various technology solutions used by the marketing team (CMS, automation platforms, etc); evaluate and recommend new integrations/solutions to continuously improve efficiencies across the channels
Work with the product and marketing team to prioritise new acquisition strategies, potential product changes and new features that would have the biggest impact for our new Informal Advisors
Work alongside the Credit and Data team in order to clear risks and barriers that could prevent us from serving these new markets

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
3-5 years of work experience. At least 3 years of experience building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in multiple platforms and social media.
Experience distilling data into actionable insights
Proven analytical skills and critical thinking
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Being able to write content in Spanish is required.
Strong relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups, both internally and externally with providers, media and creative agencies
Passion for the mission of bringing financial inclusion to the Latin American middle classes.
You will stand out if you can demonstrate:
Experience in one of the following: high-growth startups, management consulting, fintech (preferable lending).
Experience opening new markets or leading product expansion.
Location: Offices in Bogotá, Colombia. Open to remote work.
