To achieve this, we prepare, coordinate and enable through tech, data and processes shops and parts suppliers to serve customers reliably and affordably. Additionally, we guarantee all repairs and ensure their quality with our team.

Marketing in Autolab is one of our three core functions, with technology and operations. It is our growth engine and it is digital. Currently, web, Google and Facebook are our most important tools today.  The marketing lead will experiment with new messages, channels, tools and experiences to explore of different ways to reach clients and tell our story.



  • Define and implement the marketing strategy: objectives, channels, resource distribution, alliances and so forth
  • Manage a team with tech and design functions
  • Coordinate with leaders of other areas to achieve overall growth targets of the company
  • Track the completion of the goals and adjust the strategy as needed
  • Design and implement experiments for continuous improvements
  • Analyze the results and make data-backed decision on points of improvement
  • Manage different SaaS to measure performance
  • Design marketing campaigns for different channels and platforms
  • Guide team members and external resources in generating the creative content

  • Curious and strong empathy with others
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing and tools is a plus
