ABOUT THE ROLE

Autolab is looking for a proactive & results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of digital user acquisition strategies. We are looking for analytical, and entrepreneurial strategic thinkers willing to do whatever it takes to reach our growth targets

Our overall goal is to position Autolab organically. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with an amazingly cross-functional talented team growing our company through our multiple online channels, focusing particularly on SEO. 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead the development and implementation of our SEO and Google Ads marketing strategies with a focus on organic channels and maximizing ROI
  • Review KPIs and analyze performance results on our organic and paid strategies for our acquisition funnel to identify, and then implement, opportunities for higher conversion
  • Generate channel analysis reports and present the outcome at leadership meetings
  • Conduct experiments to continuously test, learn & refine all marketing plan elements to optimize and exceed KPIs
  • Collaborate and improve on our content strategy, brainstorming content ideas to improve our content performance metrics, particularly our SERP positioning
  • Improve our website conversion rate, particularly our blog, through content enhancement, keyword optimization, etc.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 4 years of working experience in one of the following: high-growth startups, management consulting, investment/finance, technology, data science, or marketing management
  • Previous experience in a role requiring rigorous analytical, data-driven problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to Co-Founders / Leadership Teams
  • Goal oriented, independent and curious self-starter and self-learner
  • Strong coordination and prioritization skills with a strategic mindset excited about acquiring users through digital means
  • Structural thinking, analytical and with the ability to use structured and unstructured data to develop strategies and draw learnings
  • Our team moves incredibly fast and this person needs to be able to plan and execute quickly without excuses. Ability to balance strategic vision and tactical to-dos
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills essential to drive cross-functional success
  • Business Administration, Economy, Marketing or similar bachelor’s degrees
  • Fluent in English and Excellent written expression in Spanish
  • Familiarity with SEO and Google Ads is a plus
  • Experience with design tools is a plus
