Mr. Andres, as a partner, opened the Virtus Partners office in Bogotá, Colombia in 2011, and since then, he leads the Virtus Cambridge Latam Joint Venture. 

Andrés has extensive experience accompanying large Family Business groups in their strategic and organizational transformation, leadership transition between generations, and corporate governance. 

Prior to Virtus Partners, Andrés was a Senior Partner in McKinsey & Company where he led the Family Business Practice in Latin America
