Mateo is a Director at Polymath Ventures, the Venture Studio for Latin America, where he works along with the ventures of our portfolio to drive accelerated growth and optimize operational teams. Before joining Polymath, he built a successful finance career, with roles at Raymond James Financial and Shellman Wealth. Mateo has been at the Polymath since 2019, holding different roles as Co-Founder of one of our portfolio companies and leading the design of new ventures. Mateo holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and is certified as CFA.
